What you should know

Your pleasure and comfort is extremely important us: 

Before and after your treatments, make sure you stretch and stay well hydrated with plenty of water (at least 1/2 your weight in ounces within a 24 hour period).  Room temperature water is best for balancing the energy of your body. 

During your treatment, please just allow yourself to rest your mind, body, spirit, and emotions.  Please, do not resist or help to lift up your own head, arms/hands, and legs/feet.  Effortlessly allow your practitioner to freely move you when needed.  Simply enjoy your treatment and breathe in life and healing. 

During your treatment, we welcome you to communicate any of your preferences and comfort levels -- especially matters concerning draping for modesty, area to avoid or focus, pressures, temperatures, music selection and volume, conversation, table and bolsters positions.  If we make you uncomfortable in any way, simply let us know. 

For optimal comfort, let us know if you would like a bolster for ankles, knees, hips, breast or any other body part. 

To get the most therapeutic results from your massage, don't plan to do anything strenuous after a massage.  Simply allow yourself to completely rest and re-balance naturally.
